Each year, the BATS program offers field trips to the Lake Tahoe Communitiy College Haldan Gallery, where students learn about the arts, view the exhibit, and create a work of art based on the exhibit's subject matter and techniques.

Funding for the field trip buses and the art supplies for the projects comes from donations and grants and we are able to offer this program to nearly 700 children.
